Roadmap

This is the project roadmap: what is planned for the repository itself. If you are looking for a study plan, see the learning roadmaps.

Current status, file by file, is tracked in PROGRESS.md.

v1.0: foundation release (released 2026-10-24)

  • Certification registry verified against the official v1.0 exam guides (2026-10-24)
  • Full preparation tracks for CCAO-F and CCAR-P, with objective-level coverage matrices
  • 16 learning modules, from AI fundamentals to production operations
  • Dedicated AI security track mapped to OWASP and NIST guidance
  • Unofficial practice question banks for both tracks, schema-validated
  • Offline mock-exam engine (terminal and browser) with timed and learning modes
  • 20 hands-on labs that run offline in mock mode
  • 5 real-world projects with tests
  • Learning roadmaps (7, 15, 30, 60 and 90 days), flashcards, cheat sheets, interview prep and troubleshooting
  • CI: validation, link checks, tests, lab smoke tests, markdown lint and secret scanning

v1.1: exam guide refresh (after 2026-11-17)

Anthropic has announced updated exam guides for 2026-11-17, with updated exam content from 2026-12-07.

  • Re-verify every registry entry against the updated guides and log it in the verification log
  • Update objectives, regenerate coverage matrices and close any new gaps
  • Review practice questions whose objectives changed
  • Publish a "what changed" note in the CHANGELOG

v1.2: additional certification tracks

The registry already records verified facts for both exams below, so adding them needs no restructuring.

  • CCAR-F: Claude Certified Architect – Foundations (agentic architecture, tool design and MCP, Claude Code, prompt engineering and structured output, context management), the maintainer's third certification
  • CCDV-F: Claude Certified Developer – Foundations (applications and integration, model selection, agents, tools and MCP, prompt and context engineering, security)

Later ideas

  • TypeScript editions of the core labs
  • Spaced-repetition scheduling in the mock-exam engine
  • Optional live-mode eval notebooks
  • Translations, once the English content stabilises
